While, room revenue was increased by 6%, when compared between the two comparable period, the overall cost is slightly
increase only 3%. Due to cost of the company mostly are fixed such as depreciation expense of which are approx 50%
of total cost incurred in each month. Addition to the depreciation expenses, salary of the staffs also considered
as fixed costs. Apparently, especially in November 2009 that the business has been closed one month for renovation,
it's cause the missing of revenue while depreciation and salary cost incurred as usual.
Based on these matter, it's cause the overall cost increase only 3 % meanwhile, sale was increased to 6 %.
