Full spectrum of human resources in recruitment & selection
•Be strategic and process-driven while conducting your candidate sourcing, assessment and presentation of domestic and international candidates for openings.
•Handle all recruitment projects such as job fair, student internship program, university road show and special project which is assigned by headquarter (LivingSocial).
•Initiate and lead the recruitment project with participate in recruiting events and sourcing activities.
•Participate in projects and/or initiatives within or outside the team.
•Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholder group.
•Communicate recruiting strategy, policies and procedures to team.
•Perform exit interview and report employee’s turnover.
•Conduct and distribute reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identify issues and recommend actions.
•Proper maintenance of personnel records, HR database ensuring data integrity
