At the top and bottom of the ramp were two small plastic bowls that served as goal objects.
One was placed upright (so that the figure would fit inside it) and the other was placed upside down
(so that the figure could be placed on top of it), and they differed in color. A single ramp was used during
the direct imitation phase (Fig. 1), and two ramps were used during the imitation choice phase
(Fig. 2).
