Our store operation is really quite simple. It consists of five operations: order taking,
pizza making, oven, cut and box, and delivery or carry-out. As I indicated earlier, we
have a standard design concept we use in all our stores. It starts with a high-tech phone
system that allows us to take the customers’ orders (automatically, for many) and display
the order at the pizza-making operation. We have no problems with this operation, so it
does not need to be considered in your analysis
