The cutting test revealed significant differences in maximum
force required to cut raw and frozen/thawed blueberries (Table 1).
Freezing/thawing produced berries with significantly lower
maximum cutting force (31 ± 2%) in comparison with raw fruits.
The maximum force required to cut raw and frozen/thawed blueberries
was 4.2 ± 0.6 and 2.9 ± 0.5 N, respectively
