1. Coordinate with other GSM, Night Manager, FOM on the day to day operation of the Front Office
2. Check and ensure manpower in your responsible shift and designate appropriate job function to each staff member according to today operation
3. Ensure Lobby area are clean and tidy and all equipment working properly
4. Briefing to all respective staff in every morning for an up to date information
5. Supervise GSA and ensure they deliver the efficient, prompt and courteous services to guests
6. Ensure GSA associates handle guest registration and mail services efficiently, promptly and courteously
7. Handling special guest requests, complaint in a professional manner and coordinate with other department in order to solve the problem and make their stay a pleasant on.
8. Liaise closely with other department to handle special guest needs, amenities and other room related requests.
9. Prepare operation supplies requisitions and other necessary reports as required; maintain an adequate stock of all GSA supplies.
10. Control room status and coordinate with Housekeeping/Engineering Department
11. Read every correspondence in order to make sure that all reservation details is accurately and guest’s special request is served at the best possible. Liaise with Reservation department for any missing, cancellation and no-show booking.
12. Assign the room for next 2 days arrival. Make sure the room assignments are as requested.
13. Approved the guests registration and ensue that room rate and other details accurate
14. Liaise with Sale and Marketing, Accounting Department regarding changes/special offers/promotions
15. Liaise closely with Accounting department to ensure that credit procedures, exceeding folio, following up payment are properly carried out
