AT THE RUNNING CONDITION DO'S AND DON'T :-
1) CLEAN THE FURNACE EVERY FOUR HOUR. REM0VE ASH AND CLINCKER.
a) DUE TO THE CLEAN PROCESS, COMBUSTION WILL BE BETTER.
b) UNWANTED CLINCKER WILL NOT FORMED.
C) NOZZLE ALSO NOT OVERHEATED.
2)
a) ID FAN INLET DAMPER NOT OPEN AS PER REQUIRE LEVEL.
REMOVE THE ASH EVERY 30-45 MIN.
3) TO AVOID CLINCKER FORMATION ALWAYS KEEP THE FD FAN INLET DAMPER AT HIGHER SITE( 85%-90% IS BETTER)
4) IF SUDDENLY BOILER PRESSURE WILL DROP , CHECK THE FUEL FEEDING AND FD FAN INLET DAMPER POSITION.
FOR THE FUEL FEEDING,
a) CHECK THE ROTARY FEEDER.
b) CHECK THE BUNKER FUEL LEVEL.
c)OPEN THE FIRE DOOR AND CHECK THE FUEL FEEDING FROM THE VENTURY.IF ANY VENTURY IS CHOCKED, CLEAR IT
5) EVERY WEEK CLEAN THE REVERSAL CHAMBER OF BACK SIDE OF THE BOILER.
6) EVERY SHIFT DRAIN THE MOBREY AND GAUGE GLASS WATER.
7) MAINTAIN THE BLOWDOWN FREQUENCY.
8) REMOVE THE ASH FROM THE BOILER FRONT AND BACK HOPPERS (4 NO.) EVERY FOUR HOUR.
N.B. - BEST PARAMETER TO RUN THE BOILER AT FULL LOAD IS
a) ROTARY FEEDER RUN AT 35HZ TO 37 HZ.
b) FD FAN DAMPER OPEN 85% TO 90 %.
c) PLENUM AIR INLET DAMPER OPEN 95%.
d) ID FAN DAMPER OPEN 95%.
b)BAGHOLES OF THE BAGILTER MAY BE CHOCKED. TO AVOID THE CHOCKING, EVERY FOUR HOUR AFTER CLEAN THE
FURNACE REDUCE FD FAN INLET DAMPER 20% AND ID FAN INLET DAMPER 30 %. NOTICE SOME FINE DUST
DISCHARGE FROM THE BAGFILTER. AGAIN INCREASE THE DAMPER AND IMMEDIATELY REDUE THE DAMPER. THIS
PROCESS TAKE 2-3 MINUTES.
c) DUE TO ASH ACCUMULATION OCCUR BOTTOM OF THE BAGFILTER ASH HOPPER.
DRAFT PRESSURE AT THE BOILER OUTLET SHOULD BE MAINTAIN MORE THAN 70 mmWC. THERE ARE THREE
POSSIBILLITIES OF THE DRAFT PRESSURE REDUCE .
