violaxanthin index (AVI) (Fig. 8) after UV-B stress at the juvenile
stage. ‘Braeburn’, ‘Fuji’ and ‘Cripps’ Pink’ fruits on the contrary had
increased EPS and reduced AVI at this stage. At maturity, the AVI of
‘Braeburn’ and ‘Cripps’ Pink’ fruits was increased after UV-B stress
(Fig. 8).
