Personal Loan Cross Sell and Telesales Management
Responsibilities :
Cross Sell
Responsible for Cross Sell channel volume target
Develop and implement marketing programs through Cross Sell channel to
grow sales volume and net income
Responsible for managing cross-functional team to support Cross Sell
channel for operational excellence
Review and analyze Cross Sell channel’s performance on daily basis to
ensure run rate volume and approval rate
Develop and implement strategy for Cross Sell, seek new opportunity to
cross sell Bank’s base and launch new cross sell programs to acquire more
customers.
Online channel
Develop and implement strategy for online marketing for PLoan Product
Work closely with Advertising department and Agencies to launch online
marketing plan to meet Bank’s objectives
Develop web page content for SEM purpose and develop easy functional
design of customer information fill in to increase leads submitted via
online.
Oversee and review performance of Personal Loan volume and leads from
online channel and continuously seek new opportunities for online
marketing
Learn and update knowledge of online marketing regularly in order to
improve effective marketing plan and spend budget wisely
