Court may order a post mortem

(1) A court hearing a charge under this Act may order that a post mortem be carried out on an animal by a veterinary surgeon specified in the order.


(2) If an order is made under subsection (1) —


(a) the results of the post mortem are to be given to the court, the prosecutor and the alleged offender; and


(b) the cost of the post mortem is a cost in respect of which an order may be made under section 58.

(2) ในกรณีที่มีคำสั่งทำตาม (1 ) - (ก) ผลของการโพสต์ชันสูตรที่จะมอบให้กับศาลอัยการและผู้ต้องหานั้น และ(ข) ค่าใช้จ่ายของการโพสต์ชันสูตรเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายในแง่ของการที่มีคำสั่งอาจจะทำตามมาตรา 58

ผลลัพธ์ (ไทย) 3:

ศาลอาจสั่งให้ทำลายหลักฐาน( 1 ) ค่าธรรมเนียมตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ศาลจะสั่งให้โพสต์หลักฐานจะดำเนินการในสัตว์ โดยสัตว์แพทย์ที่ระบุไว้ในใบสั่ง( 2 ) ถ้าคำสั่งถูกสร้างภายใต้อนุมาตรา ( 1 ) -( 1 ) ผลของการทำลายหลักฐานเพื่อให้ศาล อัยการ และผู้ต้องหา และ( ข ) ค่าใช้จ่ายของการโพสต์หลักฐานเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายในส่วนของที่สั่งจะได้ตามมาตรา 58
