Manages and develops business plan and sales strategy of the store.
Collaborates with Store Merchandising Managers to set up sales targets for each division.
Monitors and analyses sales performance and efficiency of store to achieve store sales target and profitability.
Monitors and controls inventory and obsolescence in the store.
Ensure that the marketing activities/promotions in the store are well executed and aligned to the marketing plans and strategies.
Provides customer’s feedbacks and suggestions in term of products to merchandising team and in term of promotion and event to marketing team.
Maintains level of customer service to the company standard. Builds and maintains strong customer relationships with key customers.
Identifies deficiencies in skills among direct reports, managed and works to improve individuals’ capabilities through coaching, development, and training.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that those are communicated and implemented within the store.
