knowledge gained in the classroom to other areas. In the same way, Bukszar and Connolly
(1988), Lim and Johnson (2002) and Riedmiller (2005) mentioned the amount of experience
required for learning successfully. Furthermore, Foley (1995) and Andresen et al. (2000) stated
that all learning necessarily involved experience of some sort, prior and/or current. Work
experience was classified into years of work experience with the current firm and years of work
experience with other firms
