Measurements during strong acceleration and deceleration
are shown in Figure 10. A drastic increase of the abovementioned
percentages was observed at the foot area in
the middle of the rear seats that are closer to the cables
and the battery, due to the current’s flow at the charge
and discharge of the battery. Particularly in MHV 1 during
deceleration, an instantaneous peak value of 78.8 % of the
1998 ICNIRP reference values was observed.
