• Compose routine letters, fax memoranda. Route or answer routine correspondences.
• Assist in preparing the professional presentation materials.
• Handle the department incoming / outgoing mail, ensure that the documents are routed to the right persons.
• Develop and implement documentation filing management in support of departmental work processes.
• Maintain confidential records / files and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Liaise with staff in other departments or outside customers, suppliers to ensure an effective administrative support for the department.
• Ensure guests are welcomed in a professional and suitable manner
• Coordinate the arrangement of meeting, travel, training nomination etc within the department.
• Take minutes of meetings and properly circulate the minutes to relevant parties after the meeting
• Assist for the department expenses claim, stationary and other similar departmental requirement
On support to FA Division: Deliver shipping documents (invoice set) to customers.
• Issued withholding tax certificate and send to vendor.
• Keep and follow-up original tax invoice from vendors.
• Monitor, affix and control stamp duty, work orders.
• Assist in tax submission process.
• Document filing.
