3.5 Development of training evaluation
3.5.1 Training evaluation
Training evaluation mentioned here refers to checking of whether trainees have learned the content taught in the lessons. For this, many people may have a general image of written examinations at important points of the course. However, training evaluation is focused on skill acquisition level expressed as “capable of xx” in target objectives of VT. For example, giving a class while confirming trainees doing operations as taught by observing their practice is also training evaluation.
