On October 19th I made a reservation (#GK13169) for 8 nights (arriving January 31, 2016) at your hotel. A day later, my credit card company identified fraudulent charges being made on the credit card that I used to secure this reservation. They subsequently closed this credit card account and are issuing me a new credit card. In the meantime, they said that the charge to your hotel was approved and could be processed. With this in mind, could you please verify for me that my reservation is confirmed and that you have received my deposit?
