I'm in the process of creating a central depository for storing PSDs / content / images etc, for all design and development work.
You should have all received access to a new folder called Client Work. I suggest you star it, so you can find it quickly.
The idea is that anything created for a client (dev, design or seo) will end up in one centralised place that can be searched for an added to by all.
This isn't a folder I want downloaded to each staff member's machine though I would expect you upload items (or save to direct from email) whenever anything important is created.
Google Drive is a great resource for us and I think we need to start using it to it's full potential. Gone are the days of 'my documents' or folders on your desktop.
We need to get into the cloud thing with a passion. It's so important for a satellite office company like our own.
Don't add too much to that folder yourselves yet. I have a few hundred GB of stuff here to get up there first and it will all require some cleaning up etc as we pool from several different locations.
To confirm; please do not set this drive up to automatically populate to your locale machine.
