4.2.2 Quality manual
The Scope of our quality management system is:
SW & Sons USA, Inc.’s quality management system manual includes
a) the scope of the quality management system, including justification for exclusions to clauses 7.3.2.1 Product design input and 7.3.3.1 Product design output because SW & Sons USA, Inc. is not responsible for product design.
b) reference to the documented procedures established for the quality management system, and
c) a description of the interaction between the processes of the quality management system that also identifies the Customer Oriented Processes (COPs) to ensure that customer requirements are fulfilled (see Exhibit 4B).
4.2.3 Control of documents
Documents required by the quality management system are controlled. Quality records are a special type of document and are controlled according to the requirements given in clause 4.2.4 of this manual.
