Customer Information Form
Your account can be approved within 30 minutes if you apply in person by coming to our office to meet with a Saxo representative. Please bring along the following supporting documents:
Original Proof of Identity documents, ie. NRIC/passport.
Proof of Residency, i.e. bank statements, utility bills, landline phone statements issued in the person’s name within the last six months.
Alternatively, you can mail in the forms by following these simple steps:
Step 1: Fill up the necessary forms.
Step 2: Mail us the original signed forms along with supporting documents as requested on the forms.
Please note that if you are unable to meet with a Saxo representative, you are required to have your supporting documents (Proof of Identity and Proof of Residency) certified by a practicing lawyer or a notary public.
We will validate your application and contact you within two working days upon receiving your application. To speed up the process, you can email or fax a copy of your application. We can then process the application while waiting for the original signed copies to arrive by mail.
