Thank you very much for your information providing and opinion regarding this matter.
I think this will be profitable for HR-DM Engagement Working Group in order to create the solutions to reduce the negative factors and build the more positive work environment.
The objective of any plans should be based on this useful information because it is employee’s voices and signs for the “need of helps”.
From my experience, employee survey will create expectation from employees that their problems will be solved. Employee will be disappointed, if we do nothing after surveyed.
This comes to my attention if there is any actions happened and maybe we can share the progression for more understandings among us.
However, some problems will need more times to solve like forever as there are somewhat mysterious factors that rarely hard to control and explain.
Activity-based may seem to be useless at this point but at least, we try to begin something new in the office and hope that it will lead us to further steps of engagement program.
Hope all the leader will recognize that engagement program is something more than that.
So, let’s hope and pray and maybe God may show us His mercy. Even though, I don’t know why I have to be ended up praying for another changes in our office. LOL
