Siegfried Gudergan’s research focuses on managerial and strategic decision making within
organisations as it relates to employees who are working with customers; and managers who are working with internal and external business partners. Dr Gudergan is a Professor and Head of the School of Marketing, the Executive Director of the Centre for Management & Organisation Studies (CMOS), and a researcher in the Centre for the Study of Choice(CenSoC). He completed his doctoral research at the Australian Graduate School of Management and was awarded a PhD degree in 2002 by both the University of Sydney and
the University of New South Wales.
