Technip Thailand has in the past years been conducting regular employee engagement survey, as we recognize the importance of employee engagement. Based on the results and feedbacks, we have taken, and continue to take visible and transparent actions to address concerns, improve communication, and to align expectation of employee toward the Company with the business strategy and goals of the Company. Only then, we can bring fair return to ALL.
It is now the time again, to ask you to let us know how we are doing across the Company, and what we can improve further. We wish to make 2015 a better year for everyone at Technip Thailand, a year where we can be closer together and more engaged; it’s about
• becoming even more passionate and proud about our job
• surpassing competitors in competency and success
• communicating very well, across the Company, and
• having good fun along the year!
You know your responses to the on-line engagement surveys are anonymous, so please feel free to share your opinion in all honesty.
We will share with you the quantitative results of the survey at Company-level by March 2015, in full transparency. And then we will decide –in work-groups- what we can improve and how, to make Technip Thailand even more successful, and a great place to work at.
