(b) Contractor will allow Company’s personnel to visit Contractor’s research
centre or alternative venues and discuss with Contractor’s experts in order to
assist in finding specific solutions applicable to Company’s operations.
(c) Contractor’s technical experts will visit Company every quarter to meet and
discuss with Company personnel on any technical and operational issues,
new technology, specific projects, and any other topics as required. Travel
and all related costs for such visits shall be borne by the Contractor.
1.4 Materials, Products, etc.
1.4.1 Equipment
(a) Contractor shall provide equipment, accessories, consumables and
spares, in accordance with the specifications specified in this
Contract, as necessary to perform the Services in accordance with the
terms and conditions of this Contract.
(b) The standard equipment necessary for the services, as specified in the
Contract, shall be exclusively contracted to Company and if
temporarily demobilized, it shall be stored and maintained in a ready
to operate condition in Contractor Base during the Term of this
Contract.
(c) All downhole tools supplied by Contractor are specifically for use
with the Rig-less Unit.
(d) All equipment and tools must be checked for serviceability and
correct calibration when they arrive at the work site. It is the
Contractor's responsibility to inform Company's Representative and
on-site supervisor of any unserviceable tools, anomalies or problems
immediately.
(e) Contractor shall be responsible for all costs associated with the
installation of its equipment to the satisfaction of Company.
Company will, however, provide crane, welding facilities, fuel and
fresh water as may be available free of charge to Contractor.
(f) Contractor shall supply equipment and other accessories that are
capable of operating independently of the platform facilities systems
(such as generator, air compressor, submersible pump).
