I got feedback from Dealer who had bought Corsair DRAM from COM 7 about RMA. They claimed Corsair DRAM follow attach pictures to COM 7.
But the answer which Dealer got from COM 7 is COM 7 did not sell on this model anymore. So COM 7 cannot claim this Corsair DRAM for them.
Could you please kindly help to check with COM 7 RMA Team ? What’s happen ? Why they cannot claim this Corsair DRAM for customer ? Now a
day, COM 7 still be Authorize Distributor of Corsair in Thailand. It means COM 7 still can be process RMA to Corsair as usually.
Our Corsair DRAM RMA Term is “Replacement” and Model which Dealer brings to claim with COM 7. It still be “Current Model” of Corsair DRAM. It’s
fine to make RMA Process.
Honestly, I got many feedback from dealers and users about Corsair Products by COM 7. They cannot bring any Corsair Products which bought from
COM 7 in the past to claim. Often reason which COM 7 gave to Customer are “Sorry, we cannot found this Serial No. in COM 7 System”. I need to recheck
with my RMA very often. Finally, those Corsair Products was imported and sold by COM 7.
This problem does not effect to only Corsair’s Image. It’s also COM 7’s image too. Please kindly help to solve COM 7 RMA Problem soon.
