The company produced component pieces of pine and other hardwoods that replicated Pre-confederation Furniture. Indeed, this became the substance source of the venture and the company sold franchises to operations. Customers were sold on the basis of selecting a furniture piece they wanted, ordering it and watching it being “hand crafted” in the plant.
