For Cement industry can use RDF as 40% of its fuels, which is equivalent to approximately 2.7 tons of coals/year. The energy consumption in the manufacturing sector is larger than 12.2 tons/year.
However, Thailand has a potential to produce RDF of 2.46 tons/year which can be used in cement industry.
In terms of production, the RDF have an average LHV of 19.6 mj/kg, 12% humidity, 0.6% chlorine and 0.2% sulfur compound, respectively. Moreover, levels of heavy metals such as cadmium, chromium, mercury and lead do not exceed the EU standard. Commonly (Jidapa Nithikul,2007).
