We checked the claimed scope and found most of this to be in order, except for the scope in condominium no. 1708 and which we found to have been overstated. We have adjusted it accordingly. As regards the cost, we found that the unit cost for materials reflected the BOQ rate and was in order, but that the unit cost for removal was expensive. We have, therefore, allowed the materials cost and adjusted the removal cost to reflect the market price. Item no. 1 has, therefore, been adjusted to the sum of Bt. 228,195.86.
