Seacon Square will transform the Fountain Court on the first floor into a barn with windmills, where fresh food from farms will be offered at special prices.
Running from tomorrow until July 13, the “Fresh Food From Farms” fair will feature Thai agricultural products which have received export-standard certifications. They are available in four zones.
The Fruits and Vegetables zone will gather produce from Doi Kam Royal Project; high-quality plant seeds from Chia Tai Group, vegetables from Happy Veggie by AoTearoa; processed fish products, fruits, fruit juice and chilli paste from Kamnan Jul Farm; mushrooms from Wang Nam Keaw Farm; hydroponic veggies from At Garden; grapes from Phu Chid Fah Farm; as well as imported apples and kiwis and export quality durians and strawberries.
The Meat, Milk and Eggs zone presents products from the Thai-Danish Dairy Farm, Superior Quality Food (importer of processed meat products), Super Milk Farm (distributor of fresh milk from Lop Buri), Trat’s Sustainable Shrimp Farmers’ Cooperatives and Snow Beef (importer of meat products).
The last zone is reserved for young plants and sunroot seedlings from Namthip Kaen Tawan Organic@Pakchong Farm, rare plants from Sukhothai Farm, sunflowers from Pa Nual Farm, and fresh grapes and farming equipment from a Saraburi farm.
Many farms present DIY workshops.
