I’m writing to inform you about the complaint at Maxvalu CDC during 1 – 7 August, 2016. This complaint has been found by our CTM team while we contacted to book this site a few weeks later. The event supervisor claimed that our ICs did not perform as expected and roaming which have been caused the customers unpleasant while they were shopping at the grocery store. As a consequence, we are no longer be able to access this site until the end of this year.
We asked the event supervisor for further details on date and time including what caused for this complaint in order to investigate what happened at our end, unfortunately, the site supervisor couldn’t identify or give us more elaborate on the incident.
However, we still investigated for this matter with our ICs together with our owners, hopefully to gain more information. Our ICs couldn’t recall anything which may have caused this serious complaint as the site claimed. Even if we couldn’t identify anything in particular, please be informed that we took some serious steps in this regard to improve our ICs’ conduct and behavior.
As being aware of our ICs usually behave quite enthusiastic but yet manner. This is surprised us that such unfortunate incident has happened and we regret that this ever happened as well.
