Any claim lenses due to quality, we must have to sent mail to inform Rx lab to have 100% checked for re-making lenses,
so for this kind of claim order, could you pls just re-make order themselves following claim process and send mail to informed Rx lab to have QC check before shipping as well.
When we have no claim team, CS must take it into their responsibility but as we have claim team now,
we hope that claim team should have role to do it and communicate with Rx lab as well.
