Customer claims this is quality issue. We ship NG parts to them. Customer also allow us to use up the grey color sponge as many as possible on the first half year. Now they will not accept it. Customer also mentioned if we still the NG foam characteristic, any quality problem or claims from GM yard, GM customers, it should be responsibility of AIPR. I would need us to think about this is a quality issue. We must correct it and do it right. It is not whatever who made this fault in the past, But now a day "Don't accept, Don't make, Don't ship NG part" to our customers.
