Accordingly, 37 optimum solutions out of 99 which were generated by the last generation of the GA were selected (Appendix A.1). They indicate that there is a high potential to reduce all impacts considered in the region while keeping crop yield at an acceptable level. For example, GW can be reduced to 6267 kg CO2 eq per ha, which is significantly lower than the average of the region. Under this condition, NREwas estimated as 122,310 MJ primary energy per ha, while its average in the region was 186,432 MJ primary energy per ha. Accordingly, crop yield is estimated at 40,885 kg, which is equal to the region's maximum under current conditions.
