This is a very good system and most likely used at well-resourced international schools and academic institutions in Thailand. I looked for reviews and could not find any on the Web. It is therefore primarily used only in Thailand. To the general user with Thai as a second language, *it might not be user-friendly. Your technical staff most likely would need to be Thai to understand thoroughly the training and implementation. Your school also would need to be prepared to maintain the server. Though it is a web-based product (online catalog is available via the Web) the software to manage the product sits on a local server. You will need to identify the costs and annual fees and also to know if the training has a cost factor.
