Job Scope :
1.Plan to meet weekly/monthly VAS sales target and profitability with proper control of VAS promotional expenses. Work with Marketing Executive to ensure media advertising is well plan and coordinated and monthly media cost is measured against returns.
2.Provide daily, weekly and monthly sales and activities report to MD.
3.Monitering content & product development team to ensure new contents are created and uplode into library for promotion.
4.Assisgned proper media artwork schedule to designers and ensure timely submission of artwork to medis house.
5.Evaluate potential projects,including investment cost ,ROI,implementation schedule, to ensure the project carries out smoothly.
6.Study and analyze all Telco’s channels to ensure revenue contribution is maintained at target set and continue to propose new services to operators to future improve overall sales of each telco.
7.Monitering new developments and new services introduce by mobile operation from time to time and take initiative to innovate new service with team discussion.
8.Conduct traffic assessment in statistical format of each channel and make comparison to the monthly revenue report of telco.Take necessary remedies to minimize variances of each service id.
9.To contact local mobile operators to offer new VAS service to ensure improvement in monthly/quarterly sales and offer M3 mobile and web based applications to operations from time to time.
10.Plan&Execute bulk SMS as promotion to recruit new members for subscription service and track the effectiveness of each broadcast.
11.Manage all licensing content with respective content providers and review all licensing agreement to ensure terms and conditions stated has sufficient protection to the company.
12.Continue to seek new content from suppliers to enrich VAS content libraries.
13.Explore & establish new panership with 3rd parties such as famous artist, local band,ect.
14.Maintain good relationship with music label and explore partnership project with them.
15.Ensure reporting to client is managed monthly and submit to VAS Operation Manager or MD for approval.Any payment to make to 3rd party client must follow company SOP guideline.
16.Prepare draft agreement for all new clients with full review of terms and conditions stated in the agreement.
17.Synergy with Technical & R&D Group on projects basis.
18.Ensure department staffs are assigned with schedule tasks and complete on time.
19.Perform new employee interview and carry out Quarterly staff performance review and yearly performance appraisal.
