Step 3 - Application
Once you decide to go ahead and become an International Student at Aorere College you will need to download the Application Form, print it out, fill ALL details in and send it back to us at the following address:

In the application form the student will need to make subject choices. To make these choices please refer to our Options Website for the entire range of subject options available at Aorere College.
Step 4 – Prospective Students
Upon receiving an application form and passport details from the prospective student, Aorere College will send students/parents the following documents which will need to be completed and sent to the school.
Offer of Place
Invoice
Accomodation Form
Appropriate fees
Proof of travel and medical insurance

Step 6 – Welcome and Enrolment
All International applicants are to finalise enrolments at Aorere College at Orientation.
On Orientation Day the international student will get a personal tour of Aorere College, assessments, placement and be paired with a peer support.
Assessments and Placements:
Upon arrival all international students are to complete a set of assessments (if deemed necessary) to determine appropriate class and level placement.
Assessment on English fluency (speaking and listening)
Vocabulary level assessment
Reading assessment
Writing assessment
Maths assessment
Peer Support:
All new arrivals are placed with a buddy who will act as a peer supporter. The peer supporter’s task is to make sure that the new student is familiar with his or her new school and environment and that the new student is comfortable in the first few weeks upon arrival. All our Peer supporters are volunteers and are:

Someone with good citizenship and work ethics
