Long-term stability is one of the most important properties for suggesting
sensor application. The stability of CdO/NPs/ILs/CPE was investigated
by SWV in the presence of vitamin C. The response currents can
remain almost constant upon continuous 10 cyclic sweeps over the applied
potential ranging from 0.1 to +0.60 V. After being stored in a refrigerator
at 4°°C for 35 days, the potentials of oxidation peak in SWVs
remained at the same positions and the peak currents decreased by
only about 4.0% of their initial current response.
