A one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was conducted to
compare individual flavonoids and total flavonoids among provenances,
as well as among sampling times. When the ANOVA analysis
found significant differences between treatments, Duncan’s
test was conducted to detect differences between individual treatment
level means. All statistical analyses were performed at a 95%
confidence level. Associations among flavonoid levels in the leaves
of C. paliurus were determined by using Pearson’s correlation
analysis.
