To be able to further distinguish between sub-tasks, some additional measurements were done after the experiments. It was found that motion planning required 6 9 s. So, the execution of the motion to a position in front of the cucumber took on average 5 6 s. Gripping needed 0 9 s and cutting the stalk required 2 7 s. Transportation of the cucumber to the crate and the return motion of the manipulator from the crate to the home position took 16 2 and 5 5 s, respectively. The motion of the whole vehicle from one harvest position to the other along the path required 16 5 s.
