As per the Benefits harmonization plan shared with you at the time of your transition to CSC, the annual leave policy is to be aligned to that of CSC. However, since the CSC policy has dependancy on the job title, we were awaiting for the completion of the Re-titling exercise.
The exercise is still underway and not complete but we have decided to make the policy alignment from Jan 2015 onwards. HRIS team has been advised to make the required changes effective January 2015 though these changes will be reflected correctly only towards the end of the month. We will be sharing your entitlement eligibility either directly with you or through your manager shortly.
With the above change, all other aspects of the policy like carry forward etal will fall in line with that of CSC policy.
