Now that the upper and lower boundaries have been defined in the first frame, the algorithm can automatically detect the upper and lower boundaries in the sensor’s complete field of view. You can continue in one of two ways:
(Recommended.) Click Play. The algorithm detects the upper and lower boundaries and automatically moves on to the next frame until it has reached the last frame in the sensor’s field of view.
Click Step, to display the next image. The algorithm detects the upper and lower boundaries for the displayed frame. Continue to click Step to display the runway frame by frame until you have reached the last frame in the sensor’s field of view.
13. If the algorithm suspects that it failed to detect a boundary line correctly, the Auto Line Detection status will change to Failed. If you clicked Play, automatic detection stops.
