Responsibilities of the Chief Steward are:
Cleanliness of back-of-house
Washing of pots and pans and other kitchen equipments
Cleanliness of glassware, china and cutlery
Inventory of chemical stock Maintenance of dishwashing machines
Pest control, where necessary
