According to market situation in Laos, Samsung’s sales volume was decrease from year 2018. Samsung CSP also faced a decreasing of job volume that effect operation P/L for almost a year. To maintain service quality, CSP did not reduce safety stock or manpower. But we do more activities to meet dealers to ensure Samsung service standard and also do activities with customer to build more satisfaction to customer who visit CSP. We hope Samsung to support more marketing and service activity in year 2019 to help increase Samsung sales volume and also CSP job volume and revenue.
