After the questionnaire was distributed and the problem was confirmed, the researchers also designed two questions for the interviews. The researchers aimed to know the reasons why people are homesick and confirm that this problem actually happens.
Then participants who rated item#1 from the questionnaire “always” were selected for a group interview in order to find the solution they might be interested in.
The first question is whether or not they are aware of the negative effects of coffee, and the second question is asking for the solutions they think could work if they wanted to solve the problem.
