Process, review daily new sign ups to LINE service and validate new SMB account sign ups via email and/or telephone calls.
Monitor and review existing SMB accounts to ensure accounts meet and conform to our guidelines.
Support SMB accounts with pre and post sign-up issues.
Report on account activation and pending accounts on weekly basis to supervisor.
Responsible for SLA (Service Level Agreements) as set by the company.
Inform potential new accounts about procedures and via email and/or phone.
And other related ad hoc tasks assigned by LINE manager.
