Ensure appropriate configuration and processing of HRIS to align with benefits policy and process.
Identify and resolve any system/data quality issues relating to benefits.
Investigate errors and discrepancies with data feeds to third party benefit providers.
Lead UAT testing.
Fit gap analysis, identify gaps between business process and system.
Develop and implement performance management system.
Maintain and support HRIS project (e-leave, e-JRD, PMS, BSPS) and analyze as is/ to be for develop the system.
