How to cook pickled fish !!
INGREDIENT
-Carp fish
-Salt
-Garlic
-Rice
- Monosodium glutamate
METHOD.
1. Soak carp in a weak brine of 1 cup of pickling salt to 1 gallon water for 30 minutes.
1. Remove fish scale and gut of fish, then a chop up.
2. The sliced fish washed clean by washing rice mixed in with the washing of fish washed up went dry.
3. Add fishes mixed the garlics, salt, rice and monosodium glutamate .
4. Pickled fish must be stored within 2-3 days . After that ready to eat.
Tip
- Add garlic to smell fragrant, and have a fishy decreased.
