Preliminary investigations for the optimization of the MSPD
procedure for the extraction of pesticides from hepatopancreas
were performed by using 0.5 g hepatopancreas crab samples
spiked with pesticides at 10 mg kg−1 level, using 1 g reused C18
as solid-phase sorbent. The elution was performed by a vacuum
manifold with a flow rate set at 1 mL min−1
.
The recovery rates were calculated by matrix-matched calibration;
thus, quantification mistakes caused by ion suppression and
enhancement were compensated
