Fabicaton of rGO/PANI-PSS papersGO was prepared by a modified Hummers’ method [13], whichhad been mentioned in our previous report [14]. The reduction ofGO was performed as follows: 600 mg GO and 1.5 g SDBS were dis-persed in 600 mL deionized water. 3 mL hydrazine hydrate aqueoussolution (85%) was added and kept stirring and refluxing at 100◦Cfor 14 h. After cooling down, the product was filtered and washedwith deionized water. Finally, the as-prepared rGO was dispersed in1 vol.% Triton X-100 solution for further use. The water-dispersiblePANI-PSS nanoparticles were chemically polymerized [11] as fol-lows: 1 g sodium 4-styrenesulfonate was added into deionizedwater (40 mL) and stirred for 2 h. Then AIBN (0.03 g) was used as aninitiator. The polymerization was conducted for 5 h at 60◦C, result-ing in the aqueous PSS solution. Aniline monomer (0.53 mmol) wasdissolved in 35 mL 0.5 M HCl solution. The PSS solution (0.6 g) wasadded and stirred for 1 h. Then a solution of APS (0.69 mmol) pre-dissolved in 5 mL 0.5 M HCl solution was added to the mixtureand stirred for 12 h at room temperature. The final product waswashed with deionized water for three times. Then the obtainedPANI-PSS dispersion was mixed with the rGO suspension. After son-ication, the rGO/PANI-PSS suspension was vacuum filtered throughnitrocellulose membrane. By adjusting the amounts of the rGOsuspension and the PANI-PSS dispersion, the final rGO/PANI-PSSpapers were obtained after drying at room temperature.2.3. Assembly of flexible ASSSCsThe PVA-H2SO4gel electrolyte was prepared as follows: 1 gH2SO4and 1 g PVA were added into 10 mL deionized water, andthen heated to 85◦C under stirring until the mixture became clear. The as-prepared rGO/PANI-PSS paper was cut into rectangularstrips and pressed on carbon paper with poly(ethylene terephtha-late) (PET) substrate to form ASSSC electrodes. Then PVA-H2SO4gel electrolyte was slowly poured on two ASSSC electrodes andair-dried at room temperature to evaporate excess water. The twoelectrodes were pressed together to form an integrated ASSSCdevice
