The Six Yogas or meditative practices are advanced tantric sadhanas (techniques).
These yogas (sometimes also called dharmas) are: the yoga of inner heat, the yoga of illusory body, the yoga of radiant light, the yoga of the dream state, the yoga of liminality, and the yoga of transference of consciousness to a pure Buddhafield.
In other words, these yogas bring progressively higher spiritual powers, ultimately resulting in Buddha consciousness.
