First, it’s policies invade personal freedom because I believe that it is an intrusion of privacy on the student's end for example if they say no to test, you can’t Ineligible force because these is personal freedom. In the U.S., everyone is considered innocent until proved guilty, and some have argued that forcing drug tests upon the innocent is a violation of this basic legal right and a violation of privacy. Forcing a student who is not suspected of wrongdoing to provide a urine sample, often in the presence of a school official, is an embarrassing and unwarranted invasion of privacy. Why not spend the money for drug testing on more important things like books? What would happen if the student did test positive? If the school kicked the student out them would just have given the student more problems.
